- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst customer service. Handled my cancellation poorly and continued to take money out of my account for 2-1/2 months after I cancelled my insurance. When I emailed asking why on the first payment that came out - no response. When the second payment came out I was told it was my fault. Never received the paperwork that I needed and they continued to take money out of my account. My account rep had changed (apparently) and I was blamed for not knowing this.
